2 oz pear vodka
1 oz elderberry liqueur
1 oz simple syrup
1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice
Mix in a shaker over ice. Pour into a glass. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of maraschino cherry juice into the mixture over the back of a spoon along the rim to get a bright red layer at the bottom. Gently add a maraschino cherry.
