Pumpkin Martini
1 oz vanilla vodka 1 oz pumpkin liqueur 1 oz Irish cream liqueur 1 pinch of ground cinnamon 1 pinch of ground nutmeg Pour over ice. Shake. Garnish with a spritz of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
White Chocolate Martini
1 oz vanilla vodka ½ oz white crème de cocoa 1 oz white chocolate liqueur ½ oz cream (half-and-half or whole) Mix in a shaker. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a Luxardo or Fabri (dark) cherry. Yummmm… 😊

1 oz bourbon 1 oz scotch 2 tsp maple syrup 1 dash Angostura bitters 2 dashes chocolate bitters Dash of orange juice Garnish with an orange peel and use a cocktail smoker.
